In this week’s post, we have the honour of introducing our first guest blogger, Lindsey Porter, from Yoga~Nu~U. Lindsey shares a similar background to me as she previously worked in financial services for over 20 years. She now dedicates her time to yoga, reiki and NLP coaching, including the running of classes, workshops and retreats, in Scotland and overseas.
