In this week’s post, we have the honour of introducing our first guest blogger, Lindsey Porter, from Yoga~Nu~U. Lindsey shares a similar background to me as she previously worked in financial services for over 20 years. She now dedicates her time to yoga, reiki and NLP coaching, including the running of classes, workshops and retreats, in Scotland and overseas.

    looking good Scotty , my friend Nikki may call email you ,i tried to introduce her to you years ago ,beautiful Indian mixed lady detective was her Blog did you speak to Chris yet re doing a work shop or day re Ayurveda /chats and Q and A i think a impormptu day cld be fun..with a yoga class ? Great exhibition at WB at present ,ill be there later hanging out doinga radio show at 5 ,if passing want a tea /catch up im there xx Just remembered your on route toOZ? lucky thing!! i have to go there one day ..please move back and start a retreat and bring me to work (-: xx
